How is the BOOST™ range different from other food supplements?

BOOST™ is a range of food supplements with vitamins, minerals, and proteins. All its products have high quality proteins and are gluten-free*.



What are the benefits of proteins?
High quality proteins included in BOOST™ contribute to maintenance of muscle mass.
Why is it good to enrich your diet with nutritional supplements?
As we get older our metabolism changes so it’s important to ensure we have the right nutrients such as protein which helps us maintain muscle mass.
Do all BOOST™ varieties provide the same nutrients?
All products in the range provide protein, vitamins and minerals, but in differing amounts, but you can choose what best meets your needs each day: a warming soup, a delicious shake for breakfast, or a ready to drink bottle after the gym.
Can you substitute a meal with BOOST™?
Your physician or dietitian may recommend using BOOST™ Optimum to substitute meals or portions of meals, in this case please follow their instructions carefully.
If I eat a balanced and varied diet can I take BOOST™?

What is the best time of day to take BOOST™?
You can take BOOST any time of day! Whether it is in the morning, afternoon or just before or after physical exercise.
Is it necessary to store BOOST™ in the fridge?
BOOST™ products sachets do not need to be stored in the fridge. It is sufficient to store them in a cool, dry place. Once the shake has been prepared, it is possible to store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
Can you take BOOST™ if you are diabetic?
Please consult your doctor or pharmacist so they can determine if the product is suitable for you.
Can you take BOOST™ if you have kidney problems?
Please consult your doctor or pharmacist so they can determine if the product is suitable for you.
Can you take BOOST™ if you are a coeliac?
All varieties of shakes, soups and ready to drink bottles contain less than 20ppm gluten, so can be considered gluten free.
Can you take BOOST™ if you are lactose intolerant?
BOOST uses milk as a key ingredient, and may not be suitable for lactose-intolerance. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist to see if the product is suitable for you.
Can you take BOOST™ if you are hypertensive?
All varieties of shakes, soups and ready to drink bottles contain less than 20ppm gluten, so can be considered gluten free.
Can you consume BOOST™ if you are taking pharmacological supplements of vitamins and/or minerals?
You should consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any drugs or supplements.
How long can you take it for?
There is no time limit for taking BOOST™ and it can be taken every day without having to interrupt its intake. For individuals who have been recommended BOOST by a healthcare professional, it is recommended to consult your doctor or pharmacist after 3 months to assess the effectiveness and decide on the next steps.
